Xtra Time Web Desk: Gujarat Titans’ skipper Hardik Pandya showed an epic gesture towards Mohit Sharma after the later picked 5 wickets in just 14 balls against Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2023 Qualifier 2 at Narendra Modi Stadium on Friday.

Hardik was seen joining both his hands as an appreciation towards Mohit for his fine effort to take Gujarat Titans to their second consecutive final. It was a heartwarming gesture by Hardik, who has a massive role in the resurgence of Mohit.

It has been a fairytale comeback for Mohit with the ball as he is now the third-leading wicket-taker in this edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2023) with 24 wickets.

Mohit has added more variations to his armour this year, and the batters have certainly failed to pick them effectively. The medium pacer from Haryana was given a new lease of life by Gujarat Titans Coach Ashish Nehra. The 34-year-old justified his selection by picking 24 wickets from 13 matches in the ongoing IPL season.

Mohit was seen thanking Gods by joining both hands and closing his eyes after taking every wicket this season. He is probably thanking the almighty for reviving his career and helping him flourish in a tournament like the IPL at this stage of his career.
