XtraTime Web Desk: Mohammedan Sporting eyeing for ‘huge surprise’ to replace injured Leonce Dodoz for the forthcoming Calcutta Football League. Stephen Harry to reminds more of former East Bengal forward James Moga, in all possibilities to become the tallest forward in this edition of Calcutta Football League.

The Ivory Coast forward suffered an ankle injury while Mohammedan Sporting started their residential camp in Kalyani couple of weeks ago. Mohammedan were running short on attacking options as they were looking to complement former TRAU FC striker Princewill.




Stephen 6ft5 in is extremely agile on the field and has a knack of scoring spectacular goals. The 28-year-old has already joined training with Mohammedan Sporting’s first team this morning, and an official announcement is expected within a few days after evaluating his fitness level.

Stephen began his career with Nigerian 2nd tier club Babanawa FC in 2007 before joining Nigerian Premier League club Abia Warriors next season. The striker moved to India with Delhi Super League club Shahdra FC in 2012 and went on to play for the likes of Indian Bank, Gangtok Himalayan FC and Delhi United. He last turned out for Rangdajied United in 2017/18 Shillong Premier League where he scored 11 goals in 14 appearances.
