Internet Desk: The Premier Futsal organizers are confident of the joining of David Beckham and Ricardo Kaka in the second season of Premier Futsal featuring from January to March of next year. The organizers are confident as both the footballers liked the vision of the of the T20 version of football.

“Beckham and Kaka are interested to play in Premier Futsal. It is not because of the money that they are coming. It’s about our vision which they are interested in. We can’t just bring them with money”, said Dinesh Raj, managing director and co-founder of Premier Futsal,

The first edition of the futsal league got a huge fan following and response from a large part of the country as well as the football playing nations. It witnessed football stars like Ronaldinho, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Michel Salgado, Falcao and Hernan Crespo.

If Beckham would arrive India to join the Premier Futsal it may be following the footsteps of his former Manchester United teammates Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs. It may be the same case for Kaka too. He would have his former AC Milan teammate Hernan Crespo.

There is interesting news for the futsal fans as CEO and Co-Founder Abhinandan Balasubramanian pointed out that the marquee players from last season will be retained as they have a three to five years’ contract.

The organizers also planned to expand futsal league. The number of teams also has increased by two, taking the total to eight franchises, where matches will be spread across four cities — Bangalore, Mumbai, Cochi and Calcutta.

It has been also declared that six international players will feature in each team, with the final possibly at an international destination.
