Xtra Time Web Desk : France Football Federation (FFF) president Noel Le Graet has recently hinted about former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane taking over from Mauricio Pochettino as Paris Saint Germain’s manager, once the season ends.

With Mauricio Pochettino failing to keep up with the club’s expectation of winning the UEFA Champions League, after spending so much last summer on the likes of Messi, Ramos and Donnarumma, the Nasser Al Khelaifi led management is likely to free the Argentine of his managerial duties, once the season ends.

And speaking on the above matter, FFF president said, “You have to be careful what you say. Zidane has shown Madrid that he has qualities that were barely imaginable,’ said Le Graet when asked on whether Zidane could be in the frame to replace Deschamps as France’s manager in the future.

“In the minds of the French, he may be a successor. But that’s not my goal. We’ll see. If Didier and I go our separate ways, he will surely be one of the options. We’ll see what happens; Zidane might take on PSG, for the France team, you have to be free,” added Le Graet.

Now, with things taking an interesting turn, it will be intriguing to see if PSG could achieve their dream target of uniting Zinedine Zidane and Lionel Messi, once the next season arrives.
