WTC Final: Former Head Coach of India, Ravi Shastri Considers Australia as Favorites

Xtra Time Web Desk: India and Australia are set to face each other in the upcoming World Test Championship final. One of Australia’s major strengths, fast bowler Josh Hazlewood, will not be available for Australia. The position of each team in the mega final and the analysis of their performance are being widely discussed. Former head coach of India, Ravi Shastri, undoubtedly considers Australia as the favorites. Ravi Shastri has praised Australia for their performance, which has put them ahead of India.

In an ICC event, Ravi Shastri said, “If Jasprit Bumrah was there, I would have said to pair him up with Mohammed Shami and Mohammed Siraj to create a lethal pace attack against Australia. Australia has Starc and Cummins in their lineup. Match fitness will be crucial.”
