Xtra Time Web Desk: Chennai Super Kings opener Ruturaj Gaikwad will not travel to United Kingdom for the upcoming ICC World Test Championships final because he is getting married on June 3-4. According to reports, Mumbai and Rajasthan Royals opener Yashasvi Jaiswal is likely to be named as a replacement. He has been in terrific form in IPL 2023. Having scored 625 runs in 14 games. The left hander will soon fly to London in the next few days. Ruturaj was added as a stand-by for the World Test Championships final along with Suryakumar Yadav and Mukesh Kumar.

Meanwhile, the Mumbai Indians trio Rohit Sharma, Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav are scheduled to travel to England and join the other members who have already reached UK. They will be travelling earlier because their team has been knocked out in IPL 2023 Qualifier 2 against Gujarat Titans.

The final members of the Indian test squad which includes Mohammed Shami and Shubman Gill will travel to UK after the IPL 2023 final at the Narendra Modi Stadium on Sunday.

The Indian team is camping in Kent and have been training at the Spitfire ground. They will travel to London on June 2 or 3. The ICC World Test Championships Final will be played between India and Australia at the Oval from June 7-11.
