Xtra Time Web Desk: With just six more days to go before the much-anticipated ICC World Test Championships final between India and Australia begins at the Oval from June 7-11, the new adidas test jersey of the Indian team is leaked. It is not clear whether a picture of star India batter Virat Kohli sporting a white test jersey is the one that will be worn by the Indian team in the upcoming WTC Final.
The Indian players and support staffs are already training with the new practice jersey’s in England.
World famous sports goods manufacturing brand adidas will be officially unveiling the WTC Final jersey on its social media platforms on Thursday. The new test jersey by Team India’s kit sponsor adidas looks brilliant with the three stripes on both shoulders.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) officially declared a partnership with adidas on May 23, 2023. The sports brand will be manufacturing the jerseys, kits, and other merchandise for India’s Men’s, Women’s, and U-19 teams. In a long-term deal that will start in June 2023 and go on till June 2028.
The World Test Championship Final between India and Australia will be played at the Oval from June 7-11.
