Image Source: XtraTime[/caption] Kolkata: Not many would have put their money on Kings XI Punjab to win both their matches at the beginning of the Indian Premier League (IPL). But the team from Punjab looks to be a transformed unit under the watchful eyes of Virender Sehwag and Glenn Maxwell. The former is also the mentor of the Priety Zinta owned franchise. In the words of India wicket-keeper Wriddhiman Saha, “No doubt he (Viru bhai) is an aggressive player as we have seen. Viru bhai has told us to play freely. So that is an added advantage for us and it was on show in the past two matches. We sealed the ties by the 15-16th over. So it is overall better for the team.” Widely regarded as the best wicketkeeper in India, Saha stunned everyone with a spectacular catch during the last match against Royal Challengers Bangalore. The India wicketkeeper pulled off a stunning catch to dismiss RCB's Mandeep Singh off the bowling of pacer Varun Aaron. On being asked about the catch, Saha said, “I reacted well (to take the catch) and helped in the team's cause to break the partnership.” It will be a homecoming for Saha as he has been playing non-stop cricket for the Indian team in tests. The last time he played here at Eden Gardens, he won the Man of the Match. Asked to comment about his feeling, playing in front of home support, Saha commented, “The format is different so I have forgotten that. Past is always past. We also don't have in mind our last two victories. We will play this match as if it's our first. Yes in the back of the mind we will have the fact that we have won two matches. So the confidence will be there.” The KXIP wicketkeeper feel, it will be a huge advantage for his side if Chris Lynn does not play for KKR. “He has played well in the last two matches for KKR. If he doesn't play it will be an advantage for us as he is a set batsman. Nonetheless, we have to plan for everyone,” said Saha to the reporters at Eden Gardens. Lastly, playing at his home ground Eden gardens, Saha said, “I have played here since childhood. But you really don't get to know each grass so well. It keeps changing. Our motive will be to beat KKR anyhow. I have come here to play an away match. I will have that approach and mentality.”
