It will be India’s away tie and the matches will be played from September 15 to 17. "#DavisCup World Group play-off draw: Canada v India in Canada," Davis Cup posted on its official Twitter page.
Earlier on Sunday, India have qualified for the play-off after thrashing Uzbekistan 4-1 in a home tie. The triumph was India's first under non-playing captain Mahesh Bhupathi. The victory also came without the services of veteran Leander Paes, dropped from the team for the first time despite being available, since his Davis Cup debut against Japan in 1990. Canada, on the other hand, had lost to Great Britain 2-3 in the World Group first Round in February.#DavisCup World Group play-off draw: Canada v India in Canada
