Facebook[/caption] Internet Desk: Finally Bengal earned their much earned victory of the invitational pre-season tournament in Bengaluru. In the third match of Dr. K Thimmappiah Memorial Tournament against Kerala Cricket Association they won by 233 runs today. Bengal was in a leading position from the very first first day of the match. They began their innings putting up 402 in their first innings. However, it was uncertain for them to win the match if they were unable to get all the wickets of Kerala till the end of today's match but they did so. Today it was Aamir Gani who bowled a tremendous spell to get four wickets to help Bengal achieve this victory. This morning Bengal added 55 more runs but lost four more wickets to their last night score to declare their second innings on 225 for seven wickets. Getting down to bat toc hase a huge score of 462 Kerala struggled from the beginning and were bundled out for just 128. None of the Kerala batsman could stand in-front of the determined Bengal bowling line up. Bengal bowlers followed the path their skipper Manoj Tiwary showed as a batsman scoring 76 in the second innings to lead Bengal to a win. Apart from him batsman Pankaj Shaw also played a good innings of 65 runs. In the bowling unit Amil Kulia supported Aamir Gani well to pick up two wickets.
