His goal against Atletico de Kolkata is already rated to be one of the best goals of the season. Alfaro's inclusion has certainly boosted the strength of the entire NorthEast squad to help them having the best start in their ISL history.
3Lucian Goian (Mumbai City FC): The Romanian centre back has been rock solid so far in Mumbai City FC defense. A genuine leader who can marshal the defense with some serious authority. His heroics in the back four has already earned him a couple of Hero of the Match awards. His commanding attitude has been the biggest bonus Mumbai has got this season.
5Javi Lara Grande (Atletico de Kolkata): The Spaniard didn't have a long season due to injury in the season two but has come out with flying colours this season with some match-winning performances. A delightful ball player and holds the midfield with a lot of authority. Javi Lara's flamboyant skills have also attracted the eye-balls this season.
