CPL 2018: Munro lifts Trinbago Knight Riders to become the CHAMPIONS!
XtraTime Web Desk: Trinbago Knight Riders brings smiles to the faces of all the Knight Riders fans across the globe.
Colin Munro struck an unbeaten 39-ball 68 as Trinbago Knight Riders beat Guyana Amazon Warriors by eight wickets to bag its third Caribbean Premier League (CPL) title on Sunday night.
Chasing a modest 148 to win, T&T Riders got to the target with 15 balls to spare. D. Ramdin (24, 30b) and Brendon McCullum (39, 24b, 2x6, 5x4) got T&T Riders off to a flying start before McCullum fell to C.J. Green.
Munro then took centre-stage, slamming his sixth fifty of the tournament, thanks to an innings studded with six boundaries and three sixes. The Kiwi batsman finished the T20 League as the highest run-scorer with 567 runs.
Earlier, Dwayne Bravo won the toss and sent Amazon Warriors in to bat. Khary Pierre's (3 for 29) fiery three-wicket spell coupled with Bravo's double blows (2 for 30) broke the back of Warriors' batting.
Luke Ronchi topped the runs tally with a 35-ball 44 but found little help from the other end as the Warriors lost their last four wickets for 39 runs to finish on 147.

On the other hand, we denounce with righteous indignation and dislike men who are so beguiled and demoralized by the charms of pleasure of the moment
