Image Source: XtraTime[/caption] Kolkata: Mohun Bagan continues to maintain their winning run in the pre-season friendlies, as the Green and Maroon brigade thumped Customs Club today by a resounding 6-0 scoreline in their favour. The Mariners are having a new squad this season and are desperate to win the Calcutta Football League this season under coach Shankarlal Chakraborty. The way the team played today, it showed that the team  is combining well at the moment. Though, the club is interested to play one more pre-season game before the Calcutta Football League begins. How was the the game?  The game was played in two halves. The first half was of 60 minutes and the second half was of 30 minutes. The Mariners started the game with some fierce attacking moves. Ansumana Kromah scored the opening goal of the game early in the first half as Kamo assisted him brilliantly. Pintu Mahato extended the lead with a fine goal. Kamo scored his first goal in Mohun Bagan colours to make it 3-0 for his team. Just before the break, Kromah scored his second to make it 4-0 at half time. In the second half, Bagan made two changes as Denson Devdas and Debabrata Roy came as substitutes. Mohun Bagan continued their goal-fest as newly signed youngster Narohari Sreshtha scored twice from the spot to make it 6-0 in their favour. What they said? Shankarlal Chakraborty (Coach): I'm not overwhelmed with the result of the game. We are still trying to have the best shape before the CFL begins. The important thing will be to perform well when it will matter. It's good to see that the team is shaping well but we still have some areas to improve. Ansumana Kromah (Forward): Though I have scored 4 goals in three games so far, I still have to improve in some areas. I want to perform like the way I have been doing at the moment. Bayi Kamo (Forward): I scored the first goal for Mohun Bagan today. But I was happier because I assisted the first goal to Kromah. I am not a selfish forward and I believe in team game.
