Xtra Time Web Desk: Good news for Royal Challengers Bangalore fans as their new recruit Finn Allen warmed up in style ahead of the IPL 2021. The 21 year old teenage batting sensation of New Zealand scored a 29 ball 71 as he helped New Zealand beat Bangladesh by 65 run in the 3rd T20I at Eden Park on Thursday.

Allen hit ten fours and three sixes in his 29 ball knock. He reached his maiden T20I fifty in just 18 balls, becoming the second joint-fastest New Zealand player to reach the milestone. Colin Munro holds the record of being the fastest New Zealand player to a T20I half-century. Munro reached his fifty in 14 balls against Sri Lanka in 2016.

The Auckland based cricketer was brought by RCB for a base price of Rs 20 lakhs. The wicket keeper batsman was snapped up as a replacement for Joshua Philippe
