Xtra Time Web Desk : Team India skipper Virat Kohli on Wednesday turned back the wheel of time to become an 80s kid again. The former Royal Challengers Bangalore captain took his Twitter to upload a picture of his, riding a vintage bike, wearing a helmet. In his post, Virat wrote, “Once upon a time. #80skids #backinthedays”

On cricketing front Kohli’s return to the Test arena has been a memorable one as he led the Indian team to a huge victory against New Zealand in the recently concluded second test at Wankhede Stadium. It was his 11th consecutive home Test series win to become one of the most successful captains of all time in the longest format of the game.

Despite the start in both innings, Kohli failed to score big. The Indian captain has last scored a hundred in the Pink Ball Test against Bangladesh at the Eden Gardens in November 2019. Since then Kohli has failed to reach the magic three figure mark. He would be hoping to score a big hundred when he leads the Indian team for the tour to South Africa. Indian team is scheduled to reach the Rainbow Nation on December 16. They will play three tests and three ODIs against the Proteas.
