File Pic[/caption] Internet Desk: Veteran Indian star Leander Paes and his German partner Andre Begemann crashed out of the men's doubles competition at the US Open tennis tournament with a first round loss to Stephane Robert of France and Dudi Sela of Israel on Friday. The Indo-German duo gave a tough fight before going down 6-2, 5-7, 4-6 in one hour and 59 minutes. Robert and Sela will now take on Lukasz Kubot of Poland and Alexander Peya of Austria in the second round. In another men's doubles match, the Rohan Bopanna-Frederik Nielsen crashed out after losing to Brian Baker and Marcus Daniell in Round 2. Bopanna-Nielsen lost in straight sets, 2-6, 6-7. After starting the match on a weak note, the Indo-Danish duo dropped the first set 2-6. The second set went to the wire, but Baker-Daniell eventually prevailed in a tie-breaker to move into the next round.
