Internet Desk: Shillong Lajong FC Academy boys defeated SAI Guwahati today by 4-0 in the Under 16 Youth League Shillong Guwahati Zone in Mawlai ground.
Lalrohlua blasted the ball from outside the box to give Lajong Junior Reds a 1-0 lead in the 65th minute.
The Reds doubled lead through Donbok’s header in the 67th minute. The boys displayed a good game today and enjoyed majority of the ball possession.
In the 85th minute, Jeremy beat three SAI defenders and netted the ball from inside the box to give Lajong a 3-0 lead in the game. As the game was heading into its final minutes, Apborlang also registered his name in the score sheet, after scoring the fourth goal for the Junior Reds today in the 90+.
