Roy Krishna did it again as ATK Mohun Bagan beat Jamshedpur FC 1-0

XtraTime Web Desk – A typical day for ATK Mohun Bagan players in office. A late goal, a clean sheet and with that they are now at the top of the table in the Indian Super League.

Coach Habas was ecstatic over the three points as Mariners once again secured all three points. Playing against Jamshedpur, it wasn’t easy for them. Jamshedpur kept it tight for ATK Mohun Bagan and bagged on counter-attacks.

Both the goalkeepers had a good outing and Arindam Bhattacharya’s save in the 80th minute is definetly a save of the season contender.

Roy Krishna finally scored in the 85th minute to give ATK Mohun Bagan the lead and that sealed the deal for ATK Mohun Bagan. Jamshedpur pressed high and tried to pull one back but ATK Mohun Bagan’s defense was rock solid and they again kept a clean sheet as the referee closed the game.

Thus with this win, ATK Mohun Bagan went to the top of the table with 36 points from 18 games while Jamshedpur FC are at 6th in the table with 21 points from 18 matches.
