XtraTime Web Desk: Australian opener David Warner will have to choose other social media platforms to entertain his fans in India following the ban of tik tok in the country. The Indian Government on Monday decided to ban 59 Chinese mobile apps including Tik Tok.

The Australian batsman became quite a popular character with his tik tok videos in India. The left hander had been imitating famous dance steps and dialogues form South Indian films with his wife Candice on Tik Tok during the lockdown due to coronavirus.

Taking this opportunity India off Ravichandran Ashwin took to twitter to troll the Australian batsman. The off spinner tagged Warner and tweeted a famous dialogue from Tamil superstar Rajnikant, saying, “Appo Anwar”? from the hit film “Baashha”.

The dialogue roughly translates to: “So, what’s David Warner going to do now?”
The tweet from Aswin immediately caught the eyes of netizens and became viral.

A statement from the Indian government on Monday said that the Chinese apps including Tik Tok are 'engaged in activities which are prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defence of India, the security of the state and public order'.
