Internet Desk: East Bengal young winger Prohlad Roy was admitted to hospital today from residential camp in Kalyani. He has been given two bottles of saline. He will be brought back to Kolkata tomorrow for further treatment.

East Bengal asst. secretary and team doctor Dr. Santiranjan Dasgupta said, “His blood, potassium and sodium has been tested. There is nothing to worry about. I have asked the doctors in Kalyani nursing home to continue the saline till today.”

It has been learnt that Prohlad got cramps in her whole body during training today and the doctors feel that it was due to dehydration. He was soon taken to the nursing home from the Kalyani stadium without wasting anytime.

Meanwhile, Trevor Morgan is training the whole East Bengal side in Kalyani for the one week residential camp which gets over on Saturday. Mehtab Hossain who was ill for the last couple of days had joined practice today.
