Manchester City all set to sign Erling Haaland from Dortmund for €75 million by this weekend

Xtra Time Web Desk : Manchester City in all likelihood will sign Borussia Dortmund’s superstar striker Erling Haaland by the end of this week, according to Sky Sports Germany.

The Norwegian youngster has been constantly linked with a move to City for the last few months now, especially after Sergio Aguero’s departure from the club back at the end of the 2020-21 season.

Pep Guardiola’s side, who played the whole of this season without a proper number nine are said to have agreed to pay Haaland’s €75 million release clause set by Dortmund within a single installment.

And according to the Sky Sports report, Haaland has already informed the Dortmund officials that he wants to leave Germany for England, which has now made the move even more imminent.

The 21 year old Norwegian superstar has played 88 matches for the German Club since joining them back in January 2020 and has scored a total of 85 goals for them across all competitions.
