‘Leave India’ controversy: Virat Kohli comes up with a fresh statement

XtraTime Web Desk: India skipper Virat Kohli was in serious controversy after he told a fan to ‘leave India’ after the fan told that he likes watching Australian and England batsmen more than the Indian batsmen. After knowing this many had started abusing Kohli for his comment. However, on Friday, Kohli issued a statement saying that he supports freedom of speech and added that he was just trying to troll the user.

I spoke about how “these Indians” was mentioned in the comment and that’s all. I’m all for freedom of choice. ? Keep it light guys and enjoy the festive season. Love and peace to all. ✌?”
