Xtra Time Web Desk: Mohammed Siraj was elated after winning his second ‘best fielder’ medal after India’s win over the USA in their third fixture of the T20 World Cup 2024 on June 13. Notably, the right-arm seamer picked up a couple of catches in the outfield and also inflicted a run out to help his side restrict the USA to 110/8 in their allotted 20 overs.

Siraj also took a sensational catch on the boundary jumping to his full height to dismiss Nitish Kumar in the 15th over which pretty much ensured him as the winner. The fast bowler was nominated alongside Rishabh Pant and Suryakumar Yadav and eventually emerged as the winner. Legendary India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh presented the medal to Siraj and appreciated all the performers of the match.
