Xtra Time Web Desk: Nothing can match Virat Kohli’s unwavering energy, as it keeps increasing with time. The 35-year-old, who is in the USA for India’s campaign at the T20 World Cup 2024, finally broke silence about what exactly goes through his mind whenever he is on the field.

It is no surprise that Kohli kept getting asked the same question regarding his energy’s secret. The talismanic batter, in a recent interview, told the interviewer exactly that, and then he went on to add whenever he is on the field for any sort of competition or training session, he ‘arrives at 120%.

Virat Kohli talked about the importance of discipline in life, saying that there needs to be continuity in whatever people do as that is beneficial for everyone.

King Kohli arrived late in the USA for the mega event, which will get underway on June 2 with the hosts USA taking on Canada in Dallas. He will be in action under Rohit Sharma, who suffered a heartbreaking defeat in the ODI World Cup final at home when they went up against Australia at Narendra Modi Stadium last year.

It is important to note that he has been named the Player of the tournament twice in T20 World Cups, in 2014 and 2016.
