Xtra Time Web Desk: 83’ film actor Ranveer Singh and famed musician AR Rahman will be the star attractions for the IPL 2022 closing ceremony to be held at the Narendra Modi stadium on May 29. The Board of Control for Cricket in India has finalized the plans for the closing ceremony for the ongoing edition of cash rich league.
The duration of the closing ceremony will be for 45 minutes. The BCCI is in talks with professional agencies to conduct the closing ceremony. It is also learnt that the board will invite all the former captains as part of celebration of 75 Years of India’s independence during the ceremony in a very unique manner. BCCI has decided to chronicle the journey of Indian cricket in the last 75 years.
The closing ceremony will be conducted just before the finals at the Narendra Modi Stadium.
The whole theme of the ceremony will be around 75 Years of Independence & how Indian cricket has evolved during the last 7 decades.
