IPL 2021 :Royal Challengers Bangalore replaces Kane Richardson with Scott Kuggeleijn in their squad

Xtratime Web Desk : On April 25th keeping in mind the surge in Covid cases in India two Australian cricketer from Royal Challengers Bangalore franchise Kane Richardson and Adam Zampa decided to fly back to home due to the situation which they felt were becoming scary.This dealt a body blow for the Bangalore franchise.

In this years’s on going Indian Premier League (IPL 2021, Indian T-20 League) Virat’s men are playing well. They have won 5 out of their 6 matches. At present they are sitting in the top half of the points table quite comfortably.On tuesday night they have defeated Delhi Capitals by a margin of 1 run only.

Recently he Bangalore outfit named Scott Kuggeleijn,the Kiwi pacer as the replacement for Kane Richardson. Incidentally Scott was with Mumbai Indians franchise in their bio-bubble as a reserve bowler. However, the Kiwi pacer will now be joining the RCB camp in Ahmedabad.This makes Scott the first cricketer to get transferred in the IPL 2021 mid-season transfer window. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) opened the window for mid-season transfer at 9 pm on April 26 and it will remain open till May 23. Meanwhile, there is no update about the replacement of the Aussie spinner Adam Zampa
