IPL 2021: Punjab Kings to be seen in new jersey, has 3 changes in design from last season

Xtra Time Web Desk: Indian Premier League franchise Punjab Kings (earlier Kings XI Punjab) will enter the 14th edition of the cash rich league with a new name and a new jersey. The franchise launched the new jersey on Tuesday with some changes.

The base color of the jersey is red. But there is also a golden (golden) colored strip on its edges. Not only has this, but a symbol of the lion also been made under the main sponsor in the front part of the jersey. According to a statement issued by the team Punjab Kings, the team will be wearing a golden helmet this season. 

KL Rahul-led team will kick start their campaign against Rajasthan Royals on April 12 at the Wankhede Stadium. 

The team owned by Mohit Burman, Ness Wadia, Preity Zinta and Karan Paul has not been able to win the IPL even once. The team was runner-up once and finished third once. 

Whether the fate of the Punjab team will change with the new attitude and clover remains to be seen.
