India is facing the second wave of corona virus that has struck many parts of the country. Former India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni's family has been effected badly by the virus. Dhoni's mother, Devaki Devi and father, Pan Singh have tested positive for Covid-19. They have been admitted to a private hospital in Ranchi in Jharkhand. Their condition is not stable at all. Their treatment is going on at Pulse Superspeciality Hospital in Ranchi.

In a official statement received from the the hospital administration they were quoted saying " their oxygen level is stable." Incidentally Dhoni has led Chennai Super Kings to 2 wins out of 3 matches in the ongoing Indian Premier League ( IPL 2021). Against Rajasthan Royals on Monday, Dhoni scored only 18 from 17 balls after he played 6 dot balls. His side notched up score of 188 runs on the board before restricting Rajasthan for 143 runs. After their dismal performance in 2020 IPL they would love to win the title this year.
