IPL 2020: ‘Hitman’ Rohit Sharma on song during practice, hits a huge six that hits a moving bus

XtraTime Web Desk: With just 9 days to go for the start of the 13th edition of Indian Premier League, all the 8 teams are busy in their preparation. Reigning champions Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma seems to be enjoying his big hits for which he is famous worldwide. The Mumbai franchise on Wednesday uploaded a video from their recent training session in which Rohit was seen hitting a monstrous six, stepping out against a spinner. The ball as shared by the franchise travelled a distance of 95 meters to hit a moving bus around the academy ground in Zayed Stadium. Audio from the video clip refers to someone asking if Rohit ‘broke the window of the bus or not’.

The MI captain celebrated the big hit with a fist pump in the air. Sharing the video Mumbai Indians tweeted, “Batsmen smash sixes, Legends clear the stadium, Hitman smashes a six + clears the stadium + hits a moving,”

The Mumbai Indians squad is back training after enjoying a break on Sunday. The players and support staffs hit the beach in Abu Dhabi. Rohit will lead the MI team against last year’s runners up Chennai Super Kings in the opening match of the IPL 2020 on September 19 at Zayed stadium.
