The anthem “Ayenge hum wapas” perfectly captures the mood as the IPL is happening at last after the uncertainty due to the pandemic. The anthem was shared on the official twitter handle of IPL. As the country is trying to make a comeback from the aftermath of Covid-19, IPL 2020 is ready to cheer us up and lift the spirits of the cricket loving nation of India – that is what the anthem encapsulates.
The 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) will start from September 19 and the final will be played on November 10. Reigning champions Mumbai Indians will take on Chennai Super Kings in the first match of the IPL 2020 at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
