IPL 2018: The top 5 ‘Uncapped’ players of this season

Kolkata: Indian Premier League season 11 is at its business end as Chennai Super Kings is now facing SunRisers Hyderabad in the final at the Wankhede Stadium. Former cricketer Saradindu Mukherjee is currently doing Bengali commentary and he has watched almost all the players in this time. He has picked 5 ‘Uncapped Rising Cricketers’ who has the potential to do well for the nation in future:

Prasidh Krishna (Kolkata Knight Riders):

Though Ashok Dinda thinks that Krishna is not a good bowler but according to Saradindu he is a raw talent.”He is very good at the deaths and he proved that in this year’s IPL as well. He has all the variations. He joined KKR as a net bowler but dew to his variations he got picked in the playing XI. I talked with Kapil Dev regarding him. He is very impressed with Krishna as well. Krishna has the ability to swing the ball in both ways and beside that he can bowl good Yorkers as well.”

Prithvi Shaw (Delhi Daredevils):

He is a very talented kid. He has proved his worth during the ICC U19 World Cup. At this age Prithvi is batting so well and he is very much matured. Beside that he always tries to play positive cricket.

Suryakumar Yadav (Mumbai Indians):

When he was with KKR, he used to bat at number 6 or 7. During that period he mostly played sweep shot against the quick bowlers. But in this year’s IPL he batted really well for Mumbai while opening the innings and he has changed his batting style as well. I think it’s the main reason for his success.

Ishan Kishan (Mumbai Indians):

The left hand batsman from Jharkhand is really very talented. His aggressive batting makes him more vulnerable. Beside that he is a very good wicketkeeper as well, just like MS Dhoni. He has shown us what can he do with his bat if he gets freedom.

Siddarth Kaul (SunRisers Hyderabad):

I have nothing to say anything new regarding him. He was the member of the Indian U19 World Cup squad which won the Cup under Virat Kohli. After that he didn’t do well that much but for SunRisers Hyderabad in last two seasons he has been sensational for his variation with the ball.
