Internet Desk: Star Bangladeshi all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has played just one match for Kolkata Knight Riders in Indian Premier League season 10 so far. Though, he couldn’t do anything in that match as he scored just 1 run from one ball and gave 31 runs in three overs with the ball.

This is the first time in last seven seasons when Shakib is not featuring the side in for long. On being asked about his feelings, the star all-rounder said that he is spending holidays in India and the KKR management have told him that in this season he need some rest.

According to the reports of bdcrictime.com, Shakib Al Hasan stated about his participation in this season, “Actually I am on a holiday here, and I am enjoying it thoroughly. I am relaxing… Can there be anything of more fun than this, you say! I am having fun. They (KKR team management) are also saying, ‘This year you need some rest so that you can do well in the Champions Trophy.’”

On being asked how he is seeing the game from outside the field, Shakib was straight forward and seems upset in his reply, he said,”it is a very different feeling especially if you are a left-out player; in those situations, things are much different of watching games from outside.”

The all-rounder also said that he doesn’t want to express his feelings of left-out as he wants to learn a lot from such situations.

The KKR all-rounder further added, “It’s up to every individual. It depends on how one is looking at the things. It’s quite different from different perspectives. If you are a spectator, you see it one way. If you are a coach, it’s the other. If you are a player, it’s different, and of course, if you are a left-out player, things are much more different. “

Shakib concluded, “Obviously I am having some experience. But I won’t reveal that. Let that be inside me. People who have never been witness to such experience, they can learn a lot from such situations.”
