India vs West Indies: The Caribbeans announce squads for ODI & T20s, notable names missing

Significant selections, as West Indies announces the squads for their forthcoming ODI and T20I series against India.

Jason Holder will lead the Windies team against India in the upcoming ODI series, while Carlos Brathwaite will take charge in the T20I series.
 
West Indies on Monday announced their 15-member squads for the upcoming limited-overs series. West Indies will play five one-day international matches and three T20 international matches against India.






The new faces in the squad include 25-year-old batsman Chanderpaul Hemraj, 21-year-old medium pacer Oshane Thomas and 23-year-old all-rounder Fabian Allen.
 
Hemraj has been included in the ODI squad while Thomas and Allen have been included in both ODI and T20I squads. West Indies will play five ODIs, starting from October 21. It will be followed by the three-match T20I series.
