In Pics: Shikhar Dhawan led Indian team’s first practice session in Colombo
Xtra Time Web Desk: Shikhar Dhawan led Indian team on Friday started training after completing their mandatory hard quarantine in Colombo. Head Coach Rahul Dravid and Dhawan hogged all the limelight during the first training session. The former India captain is serving his maiden stint as the coach of the Indian team in the absence of regular coach Ravi Shastri who is now in England with the test squad.
The Indian team is currently touring the island nation to play a white ball series against Sri Lanka. The Indian team will play three ODIs and three T20Is against Sri Lanka at the R Premadasa Stadium beginning from July 13.
