Xtra Time Web Desk: BlackCaps fast bowler Kyle Jamieson once again turned nemesis for the Indian batsmen at the Ageas Bowl on Day 3 for the ICC World Test Championship Final. Jamieson bowled a fiery spell of fast bowling as he saw the back of Indian captain Virat Kohli (44) and Rishabh Pant (0) in quick succession to wrest back the initiative for his team in the first session.

Overnight Indian batsmen Virat Kohli (44*) and Ajinkya Rahane (29*) looked confident as they walked out to bat. New Zealand quick bowlers Kyle Jamieson and Trent Boult bowled a lot more disciplined line in the first session on Day 3 making life difficult for the Indian batsmen.

Indian captain Virat Kohli, who looked in great touch scoring 44 not out on Day 2 was the first to be dismissed, leg before to Jamieson. Kohli was off guard trying to fend an in swinging delivery. New Zealand players went up immediately as the ball hit his pads. Indian captain took an unsuccessful review.

Jamieson’s act did not go down well with the Indian fans as they started abusing him on his social media handle instagram. Here is the screenshot of some of the abuses from the netizens.

Jamieson returned after the lunch to pick two more wickets - that of Ishant Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah in quick succession. It was also his fifth five wicket haul in his eight match test career.
