Image Source: XtraTime[/caption] Sabyasachi Bagchi, Siliguri: There has hardly been any Kolkata derby without any controversy and this time there is no exception as well. The psychological game off the field has always been a hallmark of this historic battle and this time it's the host team Mohun Bagan who starts the initial "mind game". The Green and Maroon brigade files an official complaint against East Bengal to the match commissioner today for starting their training before the scheduled time at the playing venue. According to the schedule, the home team for this derby is Mohun Bagan and they were scheduled for the training from 9am to 10am in the morning. On the flip side, East Bengal was scheduled to train between 11am to 12 noon. As per the schedule, Mohun Bagan completed their training around 10 in the morning and was leaving the stadium by quarter past ten. There came the East Bengal coach with the entire squad, and that too at least 40 minutes ahead of their training time. Trevor Morgan asked the Mohun Bagan organizers to allow him start the process of preparing the ground before training. Suddenly the East Bengal players to started to request the organizers to allow them to go into the field to get ready. The moment the organizers allowed them to go in, they started the "with the ball training" and that too at least 35 minutes before the scheduled time. The East Bengal team management also requested the media to go out of the stadium. The Mohun Bagan organizers immediately asked the Red and Gold brigade to stop the training but they didn't give any attention to them. As a consequence, Bagan officials took the pictures and sent those to the Match Commissioner Ravi Shankar to file a official complaint. The Bagan camp is claiming that East Bengal will be fined Rs.20,000 to Rs.50,000 for this activity. Though I-League CEO Sunando Dhar told www.xtratime.in , "I have heard the issue. But it entirely depends on the host team Mohun Bagan and the match commissioner. The Match Commissioner will take the final decision."
