The most successful footballing nation having won 5 FIFA World Cups and now there is some good news for the Brazil football fans. Heartthrob, sensation and the current face of Brazilian football, Neymar da Silva Santos Junior returns to training post his injury lay off which he got while playing for French Giants Paris Saint-Germain. Neymar who signed for PSG this season ( 2017-2018 ) for a record 222 million dollar deal from Catalonian club FC Barcelona featured for them in their 3-1 away loss to Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League played at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, last month. Neymar was all low and sad after suffering an untimely injury while playing for PSG against Marseille on 25th February. Initially there was a scare that he would miss the 2018 Russia World Cup but the CBF informed that though the seriousness of the injury was high, Brazil’s number 10 would be fit before their first match on Russian soil in 3 months time. Currently back in his homeland in Brazil, Neymar went through training for the first time today post injury and his doctor assured that the ‘ Wonder Kid ‘ would come back even stronger. Brazil fans can be really pleased to hear the news that their match winner is looking focused ahead of the Russia World Cup and that might arouse hopes because the Selecao’s sixth trophy in football’s biggest event isn’t far away. Meanwhile Neymar’s doctor, Dr. Rodrigo Lasmar says the initial fears have been calmed. He continued by saying, “He (Neymar) became very sad when he found out the seriousness of the injury and learned he needed surgery.” But it is learned from Dr. Lasmar that Neymar, whose operation was successful, has returned to training before six weeks of his scheduled return and that is indeed good news for all Selecao fans.
