East Bengal registers an emphatic win over Jamshedpur FC

Image Source: XtraTime[/caption] Kolkata: City giant East Bengal registered an emphatic 3-1 win over newly formed Indian Super League franchise Jamshedpur FC in a warm-up game at the TFA Ground today. Though it was a friendly match, but the footballers from both the teams engaged in a brawl during the match. Red & Gold star defender Gurwinder Singh was shown marching orders by the referee. East Bengal played with ten men in last fifteen minutes but still they became the winners of a close-door game. East Bengal's star mid-fielder Mahmoud Al Amna gave the visitors an early lead in the 10th minute of the game. However Izu Azuka made it 1-1 when he scored from the penalty during the 22nd minute of the game. 51st minute saw East Bengal going up again, yet eyes were raised due to a suspicious goal. In the 75th minute, Red & Gold Brigade's star defender Gurwinder Singh was shown the marching orders. Though the 10 men East bengal extended their lead thanks to a brilliant goal from Surabuddin Mollick in the 90th minute of the game.
