Despite Indrajith’s 200, India Reds have a tough job on their hand

Internet Desk: Continuing from 291-9, India Red amassed a huge total on day 2 when they ended the innings at 383 runs. Baba Indrajith who remained unbeaten at 120 yesterday scored a brilliant 200 and took his side to a comfortable score.

An incredible innings which consited of 20 fours and 6 sixes helped the Reds to establish a fine grip in the game, till he was dismissed by Manoj Tiwary. On the other hand accompanying Indrajith, Vijay Gohil remained noy out on 34.

Set to reach the huge target, India Blue started things in a fine fashion as openers Samith Gohel scored 32 and Vihari batting on 86. Manoj Tiwary was dismissed on 20 while skipper Suresh Raina departed after scoring a good half century of 52. Currently batting along with Vihari is Deepak Hooda on 23.

The Blues ended the day sitting comfortably at 216-3 as they trail by 167 runs. For the Reds the three wickets were picked by Karn Sharma, Basil Thampi and Vijay Gohil.
