Internet Desk: Bollywood Superstar Amitabh Bachchan is making all the headlines during the World T20. Be it singing the National Anthem at Eden Gardens for the India-Pakistan tie or taking on former England all rounder Andrew Flintoff in a twitter battle.The veteran actor once again made headlines as he hosted Jamaican Chris Gayle at his place for a dinner ahead of India’s crucial semi final clash against West Indies at Wankhede.
Mr Bachchan was surprised to hear from the Jamaican that he is a big fan of him. As a mark of compliment Mr Bachchan presented two books to the swashbuckling bastman. But at the same time did not forget to remind Gayle of returning him the compliment.
The National Award Winning actor (won the Best Actor Award for Piku) wished Gayle to score a hundred but at the same time did not hide who he wants to win on Thursday.
Gayle did post a picture of him holding the books gifted to him with the legendary actor on his instagram account with a message that read, “What an absolutely legend, @amitabhbachchan Thanks for the invite and hospitality at your home, thanks also for the books. The boss wants me to score a 100 and India win but I would take the win rather than the 100. #Love&Respect to a great man, Mr. Bachchan.”
