Internet Desk: Batting great Sachin Tendulkar on Friday wished veteran tennis star Leander Paes on his 43rd birthday.
Tendulkar also also wished Paes luck for the forthcoming 2016 Rio de Janerio Olympics.
"Happy Birthday @Leander. May you have a rocking year and Chalo Rio mein Tiranga Laherayein!" Tendulkar tweeted.
Paes will make his seventh Olympic appearance after he was named as Rohan Bopanna’s partner for the men’s doubles by the All India Tennis Association last week. Considered as one of the greats of the game, Paes recently won his 18th Grand Slam title by capturing 2016 French Open mixed doubles crown with Swiss Martina Hingis. Another batting legend, Virender Sehwag too wished the Tennis ace on his birthday on his twitter account. Viru tweetred, "Happy Birthday Leander Paes, just amazing is the pace at which you are winning titles. May you keep shining."Happy Birthday @Leander.
