Source : Xtra Time[/caption] Kolkata : At last a great news for all the Atletico de Kolkata fans as the dark clouds over organizing the Hero ISL matches at the Rabindra Sarobar Stadium passes away and the National Green Tribunal announces their verdict that the 5-members committee is satisfied with the condition and nods to allow ATK to arrange their HOME games at the Rabindra Sarobar Stadium in Hero ISL season three.

There was a case filed by an Environmentalist named Subhas Dutta which led the National Green Tribunal to form a five-members' committee to inspect the conditions at the new home of the maiden ISL champions. Kolkata-based environmentalist Subhas Dutta has moved the National Green Tribunal (NGT) alleging that the matches to be held at the Rabindra Sarobar Stadium could disturb the nearby “eco-sensitive zone” which includes a large lake, home to diverse flora and fauna and protected under the National Plan for Conservation of Aquatic Ecosystems.

The five members committee led by A.K Sanyal submitted their report to the court and the verdict from the tribunal will certainly help the Kolkata franchise and it's fans to have a sigh of relief.

ATK will play their first home game at the Rabindra Sarobar Stadium on 2nd October against Chennaiyin FC.
