Courtsey : Xtra Time[/caption] Kolkata : After a month long pre-season training at Madrid, Atletico de Kolkata returned back to the City of Joy today in the morning. Superstars like Helder Postiga, Iain Hume, Sameehg Doutie, all got rousing reception from the fans when they came out of the airport. The Champions of the maiden season of the illustrious tournament were training at the Los Angeles San Rafael Training Ground, which happens to be the official training complex for La Liga giant Atletico de Madrid. The Kolkata franchise played a couple of -pre-season games over there as well against a few Spanish clubs.

The team had a arrival photo session at the team hotel and all the players were found in a very happy-go-lucky mood. Indian players like Bidyananda Singh, Prabir Das, who had their first pre-season experiences for Atletico de Kolkata, seemed to be bubbling with confidence.

The Indian players like Arnab Mondal, Lalrindika Ralte, Bikash Jairu and Abinas Ruidas, who could not join the pre-season training owing to the Calcutta Football League games, also joined the team today. Though the team doesn't have any training today but the players who have just joined the side, will have a warm up session in the afternoon at the Bidhannagar Sports Complex ground.
