Internet Desk : The fixture of the 64th edition of the historic Bordoloi Trophy gets stumbled yet again as the organizers are forced to change the fixture of the games East Bengal will play in the group stages due to unavoidable reasons.
It is learnt that instead of the match previously scheduled on 21st September against ASEB Sports Club of Guwahati, the Red & Gold brigade will start their campaign against Bongobi Ogragami Club, of Bangladesh on 22nd September. The second match they will play against United Sikkim on 24th September. But instead of 27th September, the Calcutta Football League champions will play their last group league game against ASEB Sports Club on 26th September.
Though the group stage games are re-scheduled, the organizers have assured that the fixture of the knock-out stages will remain unchanged.
The rescheduled fixture of East Bengal:
22.9.2016 : Kingfisher East Bengal vs Bongobi Ogragami Club (Bangladesh)
24.9.2016 : Kingfisher East Bengal vs United Sikkim
26.9.2016 : Kingfisher East Bengal vs ASEB Sports Club
