File Pic[/caption] Internet Desk: After Team India, It’s emerging that BCCI is looking for a fast bowling coach at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru. Reason? To keep the second rung of Indian pacers in shape and monitor them continuously. However, there are two riders which may make the post of fast bowling coach not so attractive, especially for non-Bengalurueans. The first catch is that the coach need to be based out of Bengaluru. And secondly, he can’t have a contract with any IPL team. This is in sharp contrast to the members of the Indian Cricket Team support staff, who were allowed to have association with IPL teams. The question now is, how many will actually show that kind of interest to bag the job? The Indian Cricket Board says there are many in the country who would be interested to take up the job. One name such name which comes to our mind and also from Bengaluru is former Indian pacer cum bowling coach Venkatesh Prasad. Right now, Prasad is the chairman of the junior selection committee of BCCI, who is very keen to come back to coaching. Perhaps that is why he applied for the job of India coach very recently, which eventually went to Anil Kumble.
