Riding on a brilliant century (104) from Parthasarathy Bhattacharya, Bhawanipur posted 356 runs. Subham Chatterjee too chipped in with 51 runs. In reply YMCA was bowled out for 222 runs in 71 overs. YMCA never looked like recovering after the early dismissal of Abhimanyu. Bhawanipur coach Abdul Monayem gave credit to his boys for making it to two finals of local club cricket. According to Monayem, “I have coached a big team like Mohun Bagan. But it is much more satisfying to coach a young team like Bhawanipur. The youngsters have been brilliant throughout the season with likes of Writtik Chatterjee , Avishek Das, Uddipan Mukherjee , Subham Chatterjee , Aritra Chatterjee and Ayan Bhattacharya. It is a great achievement for the boys to qualify for their second final of the season.” In another match i.e., 2nd Division Championship Play Off final played at JU campus, Albert Sporting Club restricted Barisha Sporting Club to 124 runs in 72.5 overs. In reply Albert SC has scored 48 runs without the loss of any wickets.
