However, Suryakumar Yadav, partnered with Tilak Varma, launched a counter-attacking stand that turned the tide in India's favor.

Suryakumar showcased remarkable aggression from the outset, hitting a boundary and a six off his first two deliveries. Despite losing their openers, he maintained his momentum, achieving his 14th T20I half-century in just 23 balls. He continued to dominate the West Indies bowling attack, smashing boundaries consistently. His outstanding 83-run knock came off 44 balls and showcased his full range of shots. When Suryakumar eventually departed in the 13th over, the match was all but secured for India.

Tilak Varma played a crucial role, supporting Suryakumar with a solid 49 off 37 balls. Captain Hardik Pandya sealed the victory with a six, ensuring India's triumph. The series stands at 2-1 in favor of West Indies, with the next match scheduled for Lauderhill, Florida.

Earlier in the game, West Indies, led by Rovman Powell, posted a competitive total of 159/5. Kuldeep Yadav, returning after missing a game due to injury, made significant contributions by dismissing Nicholas Pooran and Brandon King to swing the game's momentum. West Indies had a strong opening partnership between King and Kyle Mayers, with Mayers putting pressure on the Indian bowlers with aggressive strokes.
