Xtra Time Web Desk: The members of the Indian test squad started training in England. The likes of Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah, Cheteshwar Pujara, Shardul Thakur, Hanuma Vihari. Shubman Gill, Ravindra Jadeja, Umesh Yadav and KS Bharat started training at the Lord’s cricket ground. The current squad members will be joined by Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant along with the support staff including Head Coach Rahul Dravid on June 20 after the completion of the ongoing T20 series against South Africa.

India players were involved in a running session. The players also went through a gym session at the team hotel. The test squad will be leaving for Leicester for a four day warm up game against Select County XI, starting from June 24.

India will have a stiff challenge against a rejuvenated England side, who hammered world champions New Zealand in the first 2 Tests of an ongoing 3-match series at home. New test captain Ben Stokes and new coach Brendon McCullum are looking set to revive the Test team's fortunes after a horror run under former captain Joe Root.
