XtraTime Web Desk: In a heart-warming gesture Bangladesh all rounder Mosaddek Hossain has stood beside the poor people of his country who are the most affected by the nationwide lockdown due to coronavirus pandemic. Mosaddek will be taking responsibility of 200 families in his native Mymensingh. The underprivileged section of the society is the worst hit as they are finding it tough to make the ends meet amid this state of lockdown. In a facebook post Hossain can be seen distributing food packets and essential goods to the poor in Mymensingh. With the daily wage earners set to be the most affected from the coronavirus situation, Hossain has urged others to come forward and help those in need in this time of crisis too. The 24-year-old also shared a post on Facebook, speaking about the plight of 6 crore poor people who reside in Bangladesh. The post read, “The entire world has been plagued by the COVID-19. No one has ever observed such crisis to our beloved homeland over the years. About 6 crore people in poor country who are helpless and poor, have been going through this troublesome situation. It’s our responsibility to stand beside them by this time. I feel very fortunate for being able to stand beside the needy people of Mymensingh. Let’s do it who are capable. Do something for our society.”
