Kolkata: The Supreme Court has appointed former chief Election Commissioner of India, S.Y. Qureshi and Former Indian football captain Bhaskar Ganguly as the Committee of Administrators of the All India Football Association (AIFF) couple of day’s back. The duo has been given the task to make a draft of the constitution of the Federation ensuring that the constitution will be in accordance to that of the National guidelines. As for the reports are being concerned, the duo would also be preparing the guidelines for the conduct of the business along with the formation of the Election Commission and how it will conduct the election and must also ensure that the status of Petitioner Federation must never be undermined in any way in the International body.

Though Bharskar Ganguly hasn’t received any official letter regarding this matter yet. On being asked about it, Bhaskar said,” If the new is true, it will be a very tough job. Honorable Supreme Court have given me this opportunity, beside me there would be former chief Election Commissioner of India, S.Y. Qureshi too. He is much more experienced than me. If he wants my help I will definitely do that.”

According to Bhaskar Ganguly, he is still unaware of the decision given by the Supreme Court. After getting the copy of the order he can comment something. The AIFF hasn’t talked with him regarding this matter too.
